The LOW COST alternative to traditional antenatal classes.
COST - £25 per couple/birth team for a 3 hour workshop(each booking is for 1 pregnant person and 1 birth partner, if you wish to bring multiple birth partners, just get in contact to check we have space!)
WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE - 3 hour in person group class, goody bag, comprehensive digital course notes.
WHO IS IT SUITABLE FOR? - First or subsequent pregnancies. Anyone from 28 weeks of pregnancy (Third trimester), however if you wish to join us and you are earlier in you're pregnancy, you will be more than welcome to do so!

What's it all about?
This 3 hour, in person, group workshop will equip you with all the essential information you need to navigate the best birth for you and your baby on the day. Also giving you the opportunity to meet other local parents to be, and ask any burning questions you may have.
Although we wont have time to 'deep dive' into all of the topics, you will be provided with a list of resources to compliment the course, as well as comprehensive digital notes on everything we discuss and more, to further aid your decision making.
Topics covered during the class and in the notes will include:
Physiology of birth and how to support it
Decision making and advocacy
Your rights in birth
Pain relief options
Induction of Labour
Caesarean Birth
Birth planning
Birth place options
Breathing techniques and positions for labour.
Common concerns ("big baby", breech pregnancy, back-to-back baby for example)
and much MUCH more!

I am passionate in providing affordable and accessible antenatal education, therefore if the cost of the course is a barrier to you, please get in touch, as a certain number of free spaces will be held back per workshop.
