Private Birth Prep classes

An affordable alternative to a traditional antenatal course.

In this 3 hour workshop, you and your birth partner will learn all the essential information about birth, to help you navigate the best birth for you and your baby on the day. Limited free spaces available to those whom cost may be a barrier. Click here to learn more!

1-2-1 in person or online hypnobirthing classes. Covering the full KGH course. £240 for 12 hour of hypnobirthing education, including the parents handbook, relaxation mp3s, relaxation scripts and The Hypnobirthing Book by Katherine Graves.
